THE FINAL POSTING
So, post #1000. Wow. It's been just about 4 years since this crazy phenomenon called monkeyfarts started. I remember like it was yesterday, when we decided that the Ultimate website had to be created, and it had to be named Monkeyfarts. And so it was. Personally, I still have much love for Monkeyfarts, but I think it's time to move on. We've kind of outgrown the hilarious link-hunting game, and while fun it may be, there are other sites that I can't help but think we do nothing but steal content from. While memes are all about propagation, I think there is a difference between propagation and just plain old repetition. Since we don't really create any new content, and we're not really brining you the freshest content there is, I think that it's just kind of like spinning your gears without the clutch engaged, if you know what I mean. Anyway, not to get too serious or anything, but I think we owe you an explanation, at least.
Well, I don't want to leave you guys empty handed, especially since have been so loyal as to stay through to the end, so I'm going to kick out a fat list of all my usual link-harvesting sites and general funny spots. Enjoy.

So there you have it. You can still find Nick and I at our respective websites, and Nick also runs his Beyond Brilliance, Beyond Stupidity site, which I encourage you to check out. I also will be spawning a new web presence at Unstoppable.org". It will be a just a collection of links to start out, kind of like monkeyfarts, but focused on the web in general and not just humor. I don't know where it will go exactly yet.
FYI, I did not renew the .com domain for monkeyfarts this year, but the .org will stay up indefinetly. The archives will still be here, and you can come back to watch the sidebar update, if you like, for old time's sake. Other than that, it's been fun. Happy Trails, amigos, Happy Trails.
